Investment Readiness Analysis

As a preliminary stage we are using Investment Readiness Analysis to review our clients preparedness for equity financing campaign. Our analysis output is a set of recommendations for improvements, poised to ramp up the company value and the probability for investment.

Among others, we check the strength of the operating management and BoD, the business plan and financial projections, company structure, the IP protection and corporate financing strategies, the deal structure, the company positioning and the value proposition for the targeted market and potential investors.

Strategic Consultancy

Shall we identify critical gaps at the Investment Readiness Analysts phase, we would recommend needed modifications and work with the company management to implement them.

At this stage we combines our management and capital raising savvy with the client's vision and expertise to modify (when relevant) the business plan & financial projections, recommend and supervise market research, update IP protection plan and corporate financing strategy, re-structure the offered deal and more.
